This Refund Policy of Ausrental Pty Ltd (ABN 69 632 470 761) ("us", "we", or "our") outlines our money back guarantee, which forms part of our Promotions as defined in our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) accepted by you by your ongoing use of the Service as defined in these Terms.
You should not make a Purchase subject to the money back guarantee if you disagree with any of the Terms, including this Refund Policy.
you purchased our Full Relocation Package; and
the answers you provided to us in your questionnaire were and remained accurate at all material times; and
you choose not to proceed with an inspection of any of the recommended properties after we provided the licensed Service to you; and
you wish to receive a refund,
advise us in writing at email@example.com, within 7 days of us providing you with the latest recommendations and associated materials, that you wish to end the Licence; and
warrant to us that you have destroyed all copies of any video or other report content provided to you in relation to the recommended properties.
Once we have received your request for a refund, we will verify your application. If it is approved, we will refund the fees paid by you to your nominated bank account, less a 5% administration fee. Please note that it may take up to 8 weeks to process your refund.
We may, at any time and at our discretion, vary or update this Refund Policy by publishing the amended Refund Policy on our Service. We recommend you check our Service regularly to ensure you are aware of our current Refund Policy. Changes to this Refund Policy are effective when they are posted on this page. If we make any material changes to this Refund Policy, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you either through the email address you have provided us or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
